Key Responsibilty:
– Coordinate the handling of digital leads by forwarding them to the appropriate departments (Sales & Service, etc.) via WhatsApp groups and CRM.
– Manage digital call leads by attending to them and forwarding to the respective department groups with all necessary details.
– Ensure timely sharing of important emails with the relevant teams.
– Maintain lead data in Excel sheets for sales and service purposes
– Monitor all forwarded leads, including checking responses and sending reminders as needed.
– Review source portals regularly and share reports on lead performance.
– Monitor call recordings to assist in improving call quality for the Telemarketing team.
– Generate daily reports covering Hyperlocal data, DDA (Digital Direct Action), and unconnected data.
– Regularly check and maintain Hyperlocal digital assets such as microsites, Facebook pages, and Google My Business pages, raising tickets to the agency for any issues.
– Conduct weekly checks on hotline numbers and virtual numbers for accuracy and functionality.
Qualifications:
– Graduate
– 1-2 years of experience in using Microsoft Excel, with basic formulas.

Designation: Digital Marketing Executive
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Schedule and manage posts including offer posts on Google Business Profile for all 24 locations of Shivam Autozone
• Monitor and promptly respond to customer reviews, direct messages (DMs), and questions on Google Business Profile.
• Address concerns and complaints efficiently and escalate issues to the relevant teams when necessary.
• Creating daily statistics reports for Google Business Profile (all 24 locations)
• Create Whatsapp templates as the requirement comes, putting it for Meta approval & scheduling the same across channel
• Manage WhatsApp campaigns to promote products, services, and events.
• Track campaign performance and metrics, including click-through rates, conversion rates, and engagement levels.
• Gather feedback from leads generated through WhatsApp campaigns and use it for improvement
• Creating daily statistics reports for WhatsApp campaigns.
• Using analytics data to make informed decisions to marketing strategies.

EXPERIENCE:

• Video shoots of Maruti Suzuki all channel vehicles and
other products
• Editing videos as required and uploading on video

such as YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest etc
• YouTube analytics, content programming etc
• Keep a good check on competitors’ channel and strategize
